Case study, Healthcare
A doctor-led clinic site where credibility carries the booking.
ReGen is a doctor-led regenerative aesthetics clinic in Swansea. In a category crowded with claims, the site had to lead with clinical credibility and route patients into a consultation rather than a transaction.

The brief
The brief.
Medical aesthetics is a sector where the marketing frequently outruns the medicine. Patients arriving on a clinic website are trying to work out, quickly, whether the people behind it are clinically serious. That judgement is made on tone and structure long before anyone reads a treatment description.
ReGen is led by Dr. Angie Westwood and practises education first with conservative dosing. The site needed to hold that position on the page: a clinician front and centre, treatments explained rather than sold, and a consultation as the next step instead of a checkout.
Scope
What we built.
- 01
Clinician-led positioning
The practitioner and the clinical approach placed at the front of the site, not filed away on an about page.
- 02
Treatments hub
A structured hub covering facial and skin work, restorative care, prescription skin and topical home treatments, each with its own explanation.
- 03
Results section
A dedicated results area, presented as evidence of the work rather than as advertising.
- 04
Transparent pricing
Pricing published on the site so patients can assess fit before they enquire.
- 05
Consultation booking route
A consistent path into a consultation, with WhatsApp and phone as direct alternatives for patients who prefer to talk first.
- 06
Considered visual system
A restrained design language that signals clinic rather than salon, matching how the practice actually operates.
Decisions
Build decisions.
- 01
Consultation, not checkout
Treatments are individually assessed, so the site never offers a direct purchase. Every route ends in a conversation with a clinician.
- 02
The doctor is the hero
In a low-trust category the named, qualified practitioner is the strongest asset on the site, so the design leads with them.
- 03
Restraint as a trust signal
Quiet typography and unhurried pacing read as clinical. Urgency and discounting read as retail, which is the wrong signal here.
