Case study, Healthcare

One page carrying pricing, destinations and the booking.

A London travel health clinic needed a single landing page that could do the whole job: answer the price question, cover the common destinations, and take a same-day booking.

The brief

The brief.

A full website is not always the right answer. For a clinic with a focused offer and paid traffic pointed at it, a single well-built page converts better than a site that makes people navigate. The constraint is that everything the visitor needs has to fit on one screen's worth of scrolling, in the right order.

The page had to carry a complete vaccine price list, cover popular destinations, make same-day availability obvious, and hold the booking action within reach at every point.

Scope

What we built.

  1. 01

    Complete price list

Every vaccine and its price stated on the page, including multi-dose courses, so nobody has to enquire to find out the cost.

  2. 02

    Destination coverage

Popular destinations addressed inline, catching the way travellers actually describe what they need.

  3. 03

    Same-day availability

Same-day consultation availability made prominent, since urgency is the main reason this visitor is searching.

  4. 04

    Persistent booking action

Booking kept within reach the whole way down rather than parked at the end of the page.

  5. 05

    Reassurance section

Traveller feedback and clinic credentials placed near the decision point, not buried at the bottom.

  6. 06

    Fast single-page delivery

Built to load quickly on mobile, where most of this traffic arrives and patience is shortest.

Decisions

Build decisions.

  1. 01

    One page, deliberately

Every extra click on a focused offer is a chance to lose the visitor. Where the offer is narrow, depth costs more than it earns.

  2. 02

The price list is the content

In travel health the price list is the most-read element on the page, so it was treated as the main content rather than as a footnote.

  3. 03

    Urgency surfaced early

Same-day availability is the reason this visitor picks one clinic over another, so it appears before the detail rather than after it.
