  • Brand colours Hex codes, RGB values, or brand guidelines document
  • Typography preferences Any specific fonts you use, or font preferences
  • Existing brand guidelines Style guides, brand books, or visual identity documents

Content & Copy

  • All text content About us, services, product descriptions, team bios, etc.
  • High-quality images Photos, graphics, or illustrations you want to use
  • Contact details Address, phone, email, social media links
  • Business information Company registration details, VAT number (if applicable)

Website Functionality

  • Site map or page list What pages do you need on your website?
  • Key features required Contact forms, booking systems, galleries, etc.
  • Domain details Do you own a domain? Where is it registered?

Reference & Inspiration

  • Competitor websites 3-5 sites in your industry you'd like to reference
